plot lanes : export to xy data?

i have some gel lanes plotted.

i did not see a way to export the plots to x/y data - something akin to
"save as : measurements".

i gather that anything is possible with ImageJ, so any pointers
appreciated.

Try the plot profile tool rather than the gel analyzer.
